Privacy policy

1. Controller

2. This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising pixels. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log technical connection data, such as IP address and browser type, only to keep the website running and secure.

3. Contact form and email

When you write to us via the form or by email, we process your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and message to reply and prepare an offer (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for up to 3 years, or longer where the law or the defence of claims requires it.

4. Komsy

Komsy is our internal tool for managing comments on TikTok accounts owned by us and by companies in our group. Through the official TikTok API we retrieve comments under our own videos: comment text, the author’s name and ID, and the date. We use them only to moderate (hide spam and abusive content) and to answer customers’ questions (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To suggest replies, we send the comment text to OpenAI. A person always approves and sends the reply. We do not download videos, do not build user profiles and never sell data. We keep comment data only as long as needed for moderation and delete it earlier on request.

5. Recipients

Service providers we use: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Hostinger (email), OpenAI (reply suggestions in Komsy) and TikTok (the platform where the comments are). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to object. Write to kontakt@fzgroup.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO).
